In addition to practicing family law, Ms. Braunstein has an extensive background in business and corporate law where she represented companies and high net-worth individuals in real estate purchase & sale agreements, entity formation, and negotiating contracts. Ms. Braunstein founded Braunstein Law to help strategically address the financial and legal needs of hard-working individuals undergoing a family-law related dispute.

She brings a wealth of legal experience, having worked at two of San Diego’s most prestigious law firms, and is connected to a network of legal experts in various areas of the law. Ms. Braunstein received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Finance from San Diego State University, and her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law.
Ms. Braunstein is admitted to the State Bar of California, and is a member of the San Diego Family Law Bar Association. In her spare time she volunteers with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program and the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
